We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Yes! We offer physical and digital gift certificates in any amount. They can be purchased online, over the phone, or in person at our spa. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date.
